In 2001, Life Smart program was started in the banquet facilities of Zion Dominion Global Ministries located at 360 Genesee in Buffalo, New York. The program consisted of an information session about health and wellness for women, men and children and a 20 minute exercise session given by certified trainers which was held on Mondays only.
With ministry growth, the Life Smart Program relocated to the 13.5 acre, luxurious campus of Zion Dominion Global Ministries at 895 North Forest Road in Amherst, in the Family First Center Gymnasium. The Life Smart Fitness Center Program offers three-one hour sessions with three (3) certified fitness trainers.
